How to successfully manage a small business

In the conditions of a rapidly developing market economy and, accordingly, increasing the level of competition in the market, the role of the managerial apparatus of any company becomes more important. This problem is relevant for all entrepreneurs, but it is especially important, in our opinion, for small businesses because of their vulnerability at the first stages of development, and, more importantly, because of the intense competition that is an integral part of any life cycle of the enterprise. The article also examines the features of the external and internal environment of small business, the role of planning, setting goals and assigning responsibilities to achieve them.
