Cardiological and ambulance service in Kamishin town

The problem is addressed against the background of Russian data of morbidity, lethality and mortality as a result of ischemic heart disease and explored on the example of a Russian town Kamishin. Special attention is paid to the analyses of the town ambulance station work. We provide data reflecting ambulance team job at various time periods, age-gender structure of the calls, lethal outcomes as a result of ischemic heart disease in the presence of ambulance workers.
