Framework thinking as an integration factor of mesoeconomy

The paper scientifically substantiates the concept of the formation of the ecological and economic framework of the socio-natural complex of the territory as a promising approach to achieve long-term balanced (sustainable) spatial development of the region. The use of this concept stimulates the development of "frame thinking", which encourages researchers to think interdisciplinary, strategically and systematically.
