The Caspian region: features of the regional civilization’s formation

The author considers the possibilities of forming of the Caspian regional civilization based on the interaction of three major local civilizations: Islamic, Christian and Buddhist. The potential and vitality of the local Buddhist civilization depends on the level of relations’ development with the basic Buddhist civilization.
