The existence and evolution of the discourse is not possible out of the framework of the certain conceptual sphere as well as the existence of the conceptual sphere is not possible without the discourse. Such cognitive processes as perception, comprehension, and interpretation mediate the correlation between the concept and the discourse. Each process is a certain psycholinguistic operation bringing the emergency of the corresponding image of the content of the text or utterance, i.e. the meaning. The certain cognitive base and equal linguistic competence of the recipients are the main factors influencing the meaning transfer from one recipient to another, the adequate perception, comprehension, interpretation, and communication success. The recipients should provide one another with the equal conceptual rights and the freedom of the further transfer of the meaning where a word or a text will get a new meaning and a new comprehension. The comprehension itself is not a final stage in this complicated cognitive process. It is followed by the interpretation in which one develops the perceived and/or understandable information and the dynamic cognition goes on. The dynamic cognitive process is influenced by two factors: the rational understanding (rational presuppositions) and the irrational sense perception (irrational presuppositions); the latter (irrational presuppositions) are our anticipations, intuition, insight and something M. Heidegger called pre-understanding. These two factors shape up a concept made of the perceived elements. Such a conceptualization reveals itself in the communicative response and choice of verbal and nonverbal means of expression. The author believes that the rational factor finally dominates.
