Category security as the basis of legal relations at air transport facilities

Introduction: the article considers the activities of entities that ensure public safety at air transport facilities. Departmental regulatory legal acts should take into account the state strategy in the field of security. The level of protection of citizens from various threats also depends on the level of interaction of authorized entities involved in ensuring security. Materials and methods: the normative basis of the study is formed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal laws, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, other normative acts, and conceptual provisions regulating public safety at transport facilities. The methodological basis of the research was the general dialectical method of scientific cognition, which has a universal character, as well as methods of logical deduction, induction, analysis of normative legal acts, generalization and description. The results of the study: allowed us to identify some problematic issues related to the legal regulation of legal relations of security subjects at air transport facilities. To disclose the content of the activities and competencies of state bodies and organizations performing law enforcement functions. To establish their interrelation and interdependence in a single system of ensuring security at air transport infrastructure facilities. Findings and conclusions: the analysis of the current regulatory legal acts and their interrelation in the field of public, transport and aviation security is carried out. The conclusion is formulated that the state is the main subject of ensuring security, effective legal regulation of state bodies and other organizations is provided only with a systematic and integrated approach to this issue.
