Kazakhstan library association as a factor of development of professional library community

The article deals with the creation and functional development of the social and professional movement of library specialists in Kazakhstan and international relations. Particular attention is paid to the development of professional orientation of the librarian in the professional community. Trends and prospects of organizational development of the Kazakhstan library Association as a subject of national library policy, as well as the evaluation of the effectiveness of library associations and increase their role are revealed.
