Treasury control of targeted funds of the budget of the Russian Federation constituent entity: practice and ways of optimization

The stages of the introduction of treasury support of targeted funds of the budget of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation The problems are identified that prevent the expansion of the scope of treasury support of operations of legal entities that are not participants in the budget process. Recommendations are formulated for optimizing the authorization of expenditures, the source of financial support for which are earmarked funds of the budget of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
