Cyberaggression as a modern form of discrimination and violence

Global digitalisation is not only a point of economic, cultural and social growth, but is also the headache of any country’s law-enforcers and lawmakers. The new benefit allows us to develop and cooperate actively and at the same time to commit a huge number of crimes with the help of digital technologies. One of the urgent problems today is cyberaggression (cyberbullying) - the «brainchild» of scientific and technological progress, the scale of which is growing not only in quantitative terms, but also in the sophistication of its realisation, the coverage of the territory and the number of «spectators». A new type of crime faced by all developed countries is real modern torture, a form of violence and discrimination. It is often misunderstood and not taken as serious as it should be. It can start on the Internet and end beyond, with devastating consequences for victims and their families.
