Бесплатный доступ

Amid the accelerated digitalization of the Russian Federation's economy, cyber risks are transforming into a systemic factor determining overall economic sustainability. The article presents an original methodology for integrating indicators of the National Cyber Security Index (NCSI) into a panel regression model of enterprise sustainability (n=350, R²=0.87, MAPE=0.9%). An author-developed matrix of 47 cybersecurity indicators for Russia has been created and verified, with the country's compliance estimated at 87.8% (Tier 2+). Practical recommendations for regulators (FSTEC, the Ministry of Digital Development) and educational institutions regarding the operationalization of the proposed matrix are formulated.
