Cybercrime is a global problem

The article deals with the problem of modern society - cybercrime. Every year the number of cybercrimes in the world is growing. This is due to the constant technical development of computer and information technologies, which, in turn, helps criminals to create all new methods and ways to bypass protective systems. This article deals with this problem, and suggests solutions for the Russian Federation.
