Cyber threats to Russia’s digital economy

The article is devoted to the systematization and critical understanding of knowledge about cyber threats to Russia's digital economy. According to the author, the main cyber threats are: state-sanctioned programs of cyberattacks on critical infrastructure; targeted attacks on financial institutions and financial market infra-structures; cyberattacks on personal and public digital tools; infrastructure attacks on IoT networks; social engineering, hacktivism. In the final part of the research, the author identified key problems of ensuring the digital sovereignty of the state and effective reflection of cyber threats, as well as summarized the main directions for improving the policy of counteraction to cyber threats.
