The destruction kinetic of supersaturation solid solution the Al-He in aluminium which was treated in the plasma normal glow discharge is considered by the methods of the electron microscopy, thermodesorbtion, hydrostatic weightness, electroresistanse, microhardness. The effective saturation by helium both at the material surface and on its volume layers of polycrystal aluminium is showed. The destruction kinetic of metastable supersaturation solid solution Al-He by thermal influence includes some connected steps.
