Kinetics of performance of gymnastics dismounts from a high bar

By pedagogical studies we proved that while performing difficult dismounts with screws from a high bar during competitions the majority of highly skilled gymnasts stably make technical mistakes, which they are punished for by essential penalties. It is a problem of modern gymnastics. Its reason is an inadequate target model and, as a result, incorrectly chosen technique of twisting a screw from a support. It is necessary to carry out a special research to optimize this technique and find the best way to develop it. Due to the facts mentioned above the subject of the study is topical.
