Provision of film-showing facilities and propagation during the N. S. Khruschev's epoch (on materials of Chelyabinsk region)

The author analyzes the character of provision of film-showing facilities process of Chelyabinsk region during the Khruschev's epoch, management methods of provision of film-showing facilities and propagation, the experience of ideological influence on mass during the studied period and also forms of propagation of cinema. The cinema in the "thaw" epoch admitted a powerful tool of ideological education and developed quickly, the quantity of film projectors increased and the quality of visiting of places of film display by spectators also increased.
