Movie ribates as integration tool for the film industry, regional tourism and literature (the case for the Kaliningrad region)

The article is devoted to movie rebates - one of the most effective forms of financial incentives for film producers, involving the return of part of the actual expenses incurred, actively used by the regions of Russia to attract film companies to shoot films in order to popularize their tourist opportunities (resources). The possibilities of film rebates as a tool for the integration of regional tourism and literature are considered using the example of Russian and foreign experience. The results of the analysis of the relevance of using the rebate system to increase the tourist attractiveness of the regions are disclosed, the criteria for providing state support to film companies in the Kaliningrad oblast are presented. The economic efficiency of this type of financial stimulation of film production for the socio-economic development of regions is substantiated. The analysis of the development of the film industry in the Kaliningrad region, one of the most popular regions of Russia for film production, was carried out, the systematization of the resources most popular in the region's film production was carried out. Unique facts from an interview with the executive director of the Association of Film and Television Producers are given. Variants of integration of literature, tourism and the film industry in the region are proposed. Recommendations for the further development of film production as an effective tool for the development of regional tourism are outlined.
