Against the backdrop of the increasing integration of the global aviation market, Chinese airlines are actively expanding their operations abroad, aiming to enhance their international competitiveness and market share. This article comprehensively analyzes the necessity and strategies for Chinese airlines to enter foreign markets, considering aspects such as market positioning, route selection, operational strategies, building partnerships, risk management, and more. Additionally, based on an analysis of production economics and competitiveness assessment, practical recommendations are provided for Chinese airlines. The research shows that for successful entry into international markets, Chinese airlines must accurately position themselves in the market, manage operations effectively, and establish stable partnerships to cope with challenges and seize opportunities for growth.
