Classification of information psychological impacts and assessment of their threat to the public consciousness

The article analyses the concept of psychological impact of information on the individual and public consciousness. The author considers formation of the threat to the information sphere of the Russian Federation because of the use of various kinds of information psychological impact on the public consciousness. The paper distinguishes situational ("games", "performances", stratagems) and figurative verbal (explicit and implicit) information psychological impacts. The author discusses two typical manipulative algorithms: based on the "game" with information flows and designed for particular psychological response of the object under influence.
