Classification of infrastructure bonds

The article discusses theoretic issues of the special type of debt securities, which is the infrastructure bonds. The research objective is development of the optimum criteria for the infrastructure bonds classification. The author considers existing variants of the classification and suggests an original classification of the infrastructure bonds with application of the optimum criteria. The research results mentioned in the article may be implemented in the risk management of the infrastructure bonds’ issuers and investors.
