The article deals with definition of the specific subjects of economic crimes. First of all, attention is paid to different classifications of specific subjects. The classifications listed in the article are different from the usual approach to classification. The author notes the possibility of distinguishing other subjects who in some or other way gain access to confidential information. The author considers classification of a criminal act according to the way of gaining access to confidential information. The article also discusses correlation between the classification of special type of specific subjects and classification of a crime.
