Classification of methods of committing crimes using information and telecommunication technologies

The article discusses the features of the classification of methods of committing crimes using information and telecommunication technologies. The study concludes that the classification of methods of committing crimes on the Internet is not and cannot be exhaustive due to the variety of such methods, as well as the constant development of the field of information and telecommunication technologies. As examples, the most relevant cases that practitioners currently face when investigating crimes of this category are given.
