Classification of merit in the incentive production

The article discusses the need to classify the merits. The merit is not only a prerequisite of encouragement, but also a justification for the existence of the encouragement institution itself, with its typical mechanism of influence. The author notes, that the classification of the merits conduces the most complete definition of the merit concept. It is emphasized, that the existence of the merit itself is impossible without attributing a social relevance to it by legal confirmation in the norms regulating the incentives.
