The article presents the structure of the interaction of enterprise structures in the form of the formation of cluster initiatives. The authors reviewed the approach to classification of clusters, depending on the type of development. Characteristics of external and internal environment of the cluster and network characteristics, shows the relationship types of clusters and the region's levels of specialization.
