The scientific article examines the role and significance of agro-industrial clustering in economic development. The object of the study is the subjects of the APS of the Kyrgyz Republic (KR). Based on the study of the role and significance of clustering in the APS of the Kyrgyz Republic, directions for increasing its competitiveness through state support and regulation are proposed.
