Classifying secondary educational institutions of the Ulyanovsk region according to the usage of IT-technologies

The article considers clustering of educational organizations in the Ulyanovsk region according to the use of informational and communicational technologies. The authors study the attitude of teachers to informational technologies, motivation, active use of informational and communicational technologies in teaching, technical equipment of the workplace and school classrooms, the program of educational environment development and its implementation extent, and also the activity of teachers within this program.
