Cluster strategy of regional development: essence, the benefits of the practice of institutional support

At the present stage of development of the national economy the most important issue is the question of increasing the economic self-sufficiency of regions, enhance their competitive position, both in the national market, and with the prospect of access to international markets. This dynamic nature of regional economic processes attached to innovation and investment mechanism for the functioning of the territorial production system, the problem of the formation of which is transformed into a problem of economic growth areas. In this aspect of the article is devoted to the analysis of complex systems implementing the cluster strategy of the investment dynamics of the regional economy. The author identified and justified in the use of the key advantages of the cluster approach and identify the most important elements of the economy system clustering. As a result of generalization of world experience of cluster organization of regional economic complexes designated institutional determinants of cluster component of regional development.
