The cluster-networking geo-economic model of global development: a resource vector

Studying the issues of theory and methodology, the article clarifies the role of the resource in the social relations system in the context of transformation of the modern world economy. Particular attention is paid to the geo-economic dimension of the resource potential. The author discusses this problem against the philosophical background of the "resource" category value.
