Cluster method of educational modules formation

The article discusses the solution of the problem of forming the library modules of the university. The proposed algorithm allows you to create a minimum set of modules for a particular university, which will allow you to design basic educational programs with minimal labor costs and reduce for teachers the complexity of creating teaching materials.
