Cluster approach in the construction industry of the Khabarovsk territory

The article considers how the digitalization of the Russian construction market and the economy as a whole leads to the active introduction of the cluster approach in the investment environment, to the change of business and entrepreneurship. In order to study the problems in the construction industry, it was revealed why the decline competitive advantages of the economy of the region as a whole are decreasing and the cost of any investment project is increasing. Features of the implementation of the construction cluster at the regional level influenced the dynamics of construction industry indicators, presenting comparative statistics for recent years, highlighting the prospects for the development of the Khabarovsk Territory.
