Cluster approach - new realities of industry’s development in Russia

This article reflects the problem of development of industry in Russia, as well as the implementation of the strategy of clustering. The analysis of cluster policy in developed countries, and the benefits and results of the cluster access in the industry are highlighted. The author presents arguments for the need to use the cluster approach for the development of industry in Russia at the present stage.
