Climate funding methods of forest and forest belts plantations

The economic funding vehicle of planting shelterbelts and forest plantations, contributing to a significant increase in soil fertility, to prevent water and wind erosion was studied. The article presents successful results of two forest projects implemented for the first time in Russia under the Kyoto Protocol. Proposals for further development of financing system of afforestation belts under international climate agreement have been described.
