The article is devoted to the study the biomechanics of fibrous membrane of the eye in patients with glaucoma, myopia, and the combination of these diseases. Clinical evaluation of elasticity and rigidity of the fibrous capsule by elastotonometry compared with the ocular response analyzer is presented in the article. The authors carried out the investigation of the morphometric characteristics of the sclera and cornea in these pathologies.
