In recent years, the interest of researchers in the problem of caesarean section has not faded away. This is due to the steady increase in the frequency of abdominal delivery. This can be explained by a change in obstetric strategy and an expansion of indications for operative delivery due to an active perinatal position, as well as an increase in the number of pregnant women with a scar on the uterus. The increase in the frequency of cesarean sections leads to the emergence of a separate problem in modern obstetrics - the management of pregnancy and childbirth in women at high risk.
