Comparative analysis of stomatologic status and gingival structure was carried out for 36 patients with chronic generalized paradontitis (CGP) having no somatic diseases and for 67 patients with lymphoproliferative diseases (LPD). It was shown that changes in stomatologic status expressed as the enhancement of inflammatory activity, oral cavity mucosa damage with gingival bleeding and decrease in the rate of oral liquid secretion were more pronounced in patients with CPD than in patients with CGP Furthermore, more marked morphological changes in the gingiva were observed. Structural patterns were indicative of increase in the degree of epithelial membrane permeability and decrease in its barrier properties in comparison with CGP patients without oncological pathology. Ultrastructural organization of capillary endothelial cells pointed to decrease in transendothelial exchange processes, and fibroblast structure had patterns of more significant reduction in protein-synthetic function
