Clinical peculiarities of personality changes in psychotic forms of alcoholism in representatives of indigenous nationality of Republic of Khakasia

Ethno-cultural peculiarities of formation of personality changes in psychotic forms of alcoholism in 241 men - representatives of Khakas ethnos (mean age 40,38±1,82 years) as compared with analogous patients of Slavonic nationalities (n=223) have been studied. Formation of psycho-organic disorders in which structure psychopath-like (explosive type - in 45,26 %) manifestations dominate that to significantly major extent determines severity of actual state but not cognitive disturbances, appeared to be typical.
