Clinical practice of the dynamic orchiscintigraphy use for diagnosis and treatment of idiopathicmale infertility

Idiopathic infertility requires an integrated, advanced diagnostics using radionuclide method of examination - dy-namical orchiscintigraphy. The dynamic orchiscintigraphy showed intra-testicular disorders in 94,7 % of patients: the impaired venous drainage (28 %), disorders of arterial blood flow (35 %), the decrease of functioning testicular tissue (12,2 %). A more keen understanding of pathospermia pathogenesis helps to choose the rational therapy for patients with male infertility, allows to achieve a result, the improvement of spermogram by 25-30 %.
