Clinical approach to the assessment of quality of life in patients with pelvic varicose veins

This article is devoted to the concept of quality of life and the importance of its assessment in people suffering from various diseases, since it is one of basic subjective reference methods. We have developed a new questionnaire for the evaluation of the quality of life in patients with pelvic varicose veins, which can be used to analyze the dynamics of the subjective state of patients at different time points during treatment, as well as to compare different conservative and surgical methods of treatment. This tool allows the assessment of the efficacy of health care and its quality at the level of its main object-a patient.
