A clinical case of primary immunodeficiency combined with immune dysregulation

The article considers a clinical case of primary immunodeficiency combined with immune dysregulation. This clinical case shows a variety of nonspecific syndromes that are caused by primary immunodeficiency. The combination of such manifestations as frequent infectious diseases, lag in physical development, dermatological and allergic phenomena, lymphadenopathy, changes in the blood system should alert pediatricians and therapists regarding the pathology of immunity, since this disease is accompanied by a high risk of severe life-threatening bacterial infections and autoimmune processes.
