As a result of research roentgenometric 160 CT scans of patients without disease of the skull bones and brain are defined linear and angular craniometrical parameters characterizing the individual configuration of the structure of bone and dural frame of the posterior cranial fossa, the peculiarities of the structure and spatial arrangement of the individual bone formation. Features and structures displacements neurovascular structures in tumors of different localizations according to the shape of the posterior fossa studied using analytical methods projection 93 computer tomogram (of these, 72 angiogram) and 48 magnetic resonance tomogram (of these, 37 angiograms). From the combination of clinical and anatomical data to create individual anatomical model of the posterior cranial fossa, reflecting the peculiarities of the structure of bone and dural frame and craniocerebral topography depending on the location of the tumor. The study developed planning and optimization of the parameters of the median, paramedian and retrosigmoid approaches to the subtentorial tumors based on anatomical models, enabling granular calculate linear and angular parameters of approaches, thereby increasing the precision and reduce the trauma.
