Modern forms of vibration disease, regardless of the type of exposure to the factor, are characterized by an increase in combinations with cardiovascular diseases, torpidity of the course, despite the termination of industrial contact, pathomorphosis of damage to target organs of damage. In the genesis of vascular lesions from exposure to vibrations, multifactorial changes are considered: the primary mechanical effect of a physical factor, neurohumoral and hormonal shifts, high lipid peroxidation processes and the formation of systemic membranopathies, impaired microcirculation and hypoxia, regenerative-plastic deficiency syndrome.
