Stenting method kliniko-ekonomic effeсtiveness in comparison with buzhirovany at treatment of patients with postburn cicatricial striktures of the gullet

In work kliniko-economic efficiency of treatment of patients by method of stenting and a buzhirovaniye with postburn cicatricial a striktura ми a gullet on the example of 173 patients is considered. By results of calculation it is proved that prime cost of the applied buzhirovaniye method (71 833,96 rub) was significantly higher, in comparison with a stenting method (62 134,41 rub). Economic efficiency of a method of stenting was 8,8 % higher at an assessment of a bezoslozhnenny current, and is 33,24 % higher at an assessment of a bezretsidivny current in comparison with a buzhirovaniye method at treatment of patients with postburn cicatricial striktura of a gullet.
