Despite the constant search for modern methods of early diagnosis and treatment of infectious complications of gestation and puerperium of local forms of infectious and inflammatory diseases in pregnant and postpartum women remains high. Widespread use of antibiotics leads to the selection of resistant strains of microorganisms changes in clinical inflammatory conditions. In a study presented particular flora of the birth canal in pregnant women with mycotic colpitis in the 2 trimester of pregnancy and childbirth after term and preterm labor, puerperal complications of wound infection, the differentiated selection of local antibiotic treatment of complicated gestation and puerperium based on the study of the microbial landscape of the birth canal.
