Clinical and morphological characteritics of multilocular cystic variant of renal cell cancer

Research goal: investigation of clinical and laboratory as well as morphological characteristics of multilocular cystic variant of renal cell cancer. Research methods. Analysis of clinical, laboratory data and data of additional investigations as well as morphology including immunohistochemistry of 13 cases of multilocular cystic variant of renal cell cancer. Results. Lifetime morbid risk factors, clinical, laboratory, instrumental and morphological characteristics as well as factors of prognosis of multilocular cystic variant of renal cell cancer were analyzed. Conclusion. Carrying out a thorough clinical and laboratory, instrumental, morphological and immunohistochemical investigation of the renal tumor allows to conduct differential diagnostics of the multilocular cystic variant of RCC with clear-celled renal tumor with cystic transformation that is critical for prognosis and tactics of treatment of renal cell carcinoma.
