Clinical and prognostic features of simple and complex migraine

The article presents data on changes in the classification of headache and migraine according to version 3-beta (2013), gives modern criteria for the diagnosis of migraine without aura and migraine with aura, shows the leading role of clinical research in diagnosis, as well as diagnostic capabilities and the need for additional research methods. Danger signals in patients with headache and the basic principles of drug therapy according to international recommendations, as well as non-drug therapy in accordance with their own clinical experience are presented.
