The clinical-and-roentgenoradionuclide characteristic of reparative process in filling the defects of long bones

The work is devoted to studying the reparative processes in bone for filling of long bone defects in 77 patients (32 - leg defects, 31 - femoral ones, 14 - forearm defects) by the method of compression-and-distraction osteosynthesis according to Ilizarov. Clinical, roentgenologic and radionuclide methods of studying the formation of distraction regenerate bone dynamically were used (limb circulation, mineralization of the regenerate bone being formed). The data of defect filling periods are given, as well as the mineralization peculiarities of regenerate bone in different limb segments.
