The dependences of consumer credit volumes on the key rate, inflation and unemployment, based on the analysis of publications and the research conducted on consumer credit problems, are revealed. The object of the study is consumer lending. The subject of the research is the influence of the key rate, inflation rate and unemployment rate on consumer lending. The novelty of the proposed approach lies in the use of correlation and regression analysis to assess the impact of these economic indicators on the volume of consumer lending. The study is based on the statistical reports of the Central Bank and the Federal State Statistics Service for the period 2009-2019. Literature analysis, statistical analysis methods, econometric analysis, and graphical analysis were used as the main methods of the study. The result of the study is an econometric model that demonstrates the feasibility of analyzing the inflation rate to identify the forecast value of consumer lending.
