Key aspects of the functioning of the main factors of agricultural production in the regions of the North

On the basis of a comprehensive analysis, it is determined that the problem of effective functioning of factor components of agricultural production in the regions of the north covers various aspects of the object under study. It is closely related to the technological interrelated cycle of agri-food production. The principle of ensuring the rational development of the factors of labor, land and capital was chosen as the main practical task. The purpose of the study is to achieve effective options for the exploitation of these factors. The main emphasis is placed on the fact that, in fact, the main factor components of agricultural production, being system-forming factors and, having close interrelations and interdependence, technologically complement each other.
