Key barriers to the implementation of business intelligence systems in the context of import substitution

The study identifies key barriers and obstacles to the implementation of business analysis systems (Business Intelligence) in the context of import substitution. An analysis of the Russian experience of creating Russian BI platforms is conducted. Based on the experience of switching from foreign BI platforms to domestic analogues, three main obstacles are identified: technological, personnel and economic barriers. Particular attention is paid to the problems of combining and functional limitations of domestic platforms when it is necessary to adapt business processes.
