Under current conditions of the digital economy formation, an important condition for ensuring the competitiveness of organizations is the digital transformation of both the internal processes of the organization and its mechanisms of interaction with the external environment. The construction industry is no exception and nowadays construction organizations also require a digital transformation based on a rational digital strategy. The article considers the fundamental directions of digital transformation of construction organizations and suggests mechanisms for implementing digital elements into construction activity as part of the development and realization of an organization's digital strategy.
