Kazan National Research Technological University, Kazan, Russia Information technology large-scale implementation and modern software is one of the components Industry 4.0. The article provides arguments in favor of the development and implementation of an additional module for calculating performance indicators to ready-made information system. To achieve superior results, it is necessary to know how well individual employees perform their responsibilities and how their efforts align with the organization’s strategy. A key performance indicator (KPI) is used - a system for assessing employee performance over a certain period of time. KPI is not just a set of indicators, but a tool that allows you to evaluate the contribution of each employee to a specific task. Typically, employees do not know how their work is measured and how they can influence their KPIs. As a result, they work blindly, have no goals, and don’t know how to improve their performance. The task was implemented to create a module for calculating key KPI indicators to fully monitor the implementation of assigned tasks and simplify the process of calculating incentive payments. The implementation of this module will lead to increased employee performance. A comparative analysis of existing software products such as Galaktika, Parus and 1C: Predpriyatiye showed that all these solutions have their advantages and disadvantages. However, the 1C: Predpriyatiye software product was chosen to complete the task, as it is highly customizable and can be adapted to meet the specific organization needs, providing greater efficiency, accuracy and control over operations. The work provides a detailed algorithm for calculating KPIs, consisting of eight points, which allows you to identify problem areas in the work of employees, improve quality and productivity, and establish clear control over the completion of tasks. Before developing the module, modeling was performed by the IDEF0 methodology. In the IDEF0 methodology, the A-0 context diagram illustrates the interaction between a system and its external entities, such as users, data sources, and other systems. The module created in 1C: Predpriyatiye can be used in organizations of various profiles, it will only be necessary to configure it for a specific organization. The results of this work have practical application for such industries as manufacturing, logistics, trade, etc.
